Natalie studied a double degree in Law and Science (Psychology major) at Monash University. She subsequently undertook her Articles at Gadens in 2005. Natalie practised as a lawyer from 2005 - 2011 as a commercial litigator (being promoted to Senior Associate in 2010). She subsequently spent 6 months in-house at a bank. Natalie moved to Baker McKenzie in late 2011 in a new capacity, in Human Resources. Her role has varied over the years but has involved conducting the graduate and clerkship programs and recruitment processes, managing junior associates, managing global and national graduate projects, leading social media initiatives, managing L&D projects, and consulting to certain business units. She also has a lead role on the Firm's BakerWellbeing Committee which has a focus on mental health and wellbeing in the firm.
